Custom-Designed Therapy Program for Each Teen
Our Therapeutic Approach
We believe that consistent quality therapy is essential to success. Teens participate in 2 sessions of group(large group and small group) therapy daily and in individual, equine, and family therapy every week.
This clinical intensity broadens the set of ‘tools’ your teen has available to approach real-world problems and it also helps open your teen’s eyes to the massive way their choices have impacted you, them, and those around them.
Creating Individual Change
Upon enrollment, the student’s unique issues and challenges, as well as his/her strengths and abilities, will be assessed to identify specific treatment goals. Maintaining a small program makes it possible to adapt treatment to each student’s particular needs and circumstances.
Students start by ‘Learn’ing to understand how their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors have affected them and those around them.
Students ‘Live’ by identify the issues driving their inappropriate behaviors, recognize and take responsibility for their thoughts, feelings, and actions, they then begin to discover their unique strengths and talents.
Student then ‘Lead’ by helping other students see these same things in themselves, building family relationships, practicing commuication skills, and preparing for graduation.
