1 : Evaluate
To see if your teen is a good fit for Stillwater you can:
- Take a look at students we typically work with
- Fill out a free online assessment
- Schedule a school tour
- Call or text an admissions counselor

2 : Apply for Enrollment
Once you feel that Stillwater is a good fit for your teen, simply fill out an enrollment application to apply.
Once you’ve completed your application, we’ll review it and contact you to ask any additional questions we may have and let you know your student’s enrollment status. If you have any questions about the application, please call or text Sadie and Chelsie at 385-352-3371.
3 : Complete an Admissions Packet
After your student has been accepted for enrollment we’ll send you an admissions packet to help us get to know you and your student’s situation even better.

Year-Round Enrollment
Stillwater Academy is a year-round program and can accept new students at any time. Should we be at capacity, we’d be happy to add your name to a list of those waiting to enroll. Acceptance is based on a combination of a review of the student’s current and past history of behavior, and consultation with the student’s parents.
Students we Typically Work with
12-17 yr old boys, girls, and transgender students come to Stillwater for help with a wide variety of issues including:
- Acting out (in various ways)
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Lying
- Manipulating
- School Failure
- Sexual promiscuity
- Suicidal ideations
- Theft
These issues are often accompanied by past experiences or conditions such as:
- Abuse
- ADHD
- Adoption
- Divorce
- Low self-esteem
- Loss
- Neglect
- Mental Health Diagnoses
- Rejection
We do NOT currently accept students who:
- Have a history of violent behavior
- Are pregnant
- Have Low IQ (below 80)
- Do not speak English
- Have severe autism
